Today as we were out and about like usual, we drove past a cemetery and Sydney says to me "Mommy, look, there's heaven!" Too cute! I just smiled and tried to explain to her, as much as you can to an almost 3 year old, that that is just where the bodies lay, and the inside (soul) is the part that goes to heaven. Death and the after life is a very difficult topic for a child that young to grasp. I just enjoy her comments and like to see from her mind how she interprets what we have told her.
