On Wednesday Sydney had her first field trip with her class to Apple Castle. It was such a wonderful and educational place to take the children. We couldn't "pick" the apples ourselves because of child labor laws apparently (
lol) but you could pick them out of bins and buy them as well as many other products such as honey, pumpkins, and yummy apple cider and donuts! Seeing as I was the teacher, I not only had to watch Sydney, but all the other children as well. Will went as the
chaperon and of course Savannah went too. It was so wonderful that we could all go together on her first field trip. I took over 130 pictures, but I only posted about 25 :) Hope you enjoy like we did!

Some of the children in Sydney's class.

The children had to sit on the inside of the wagon and the adults sat on the outside.
Sydney, Savannah, and Daddy

It was a little bumpy, so Sydney wanted to hold my hand, and apparently Savannah felt left out and she held Sydney's hand.

YUMMY!

The
Amish as they were leaving Apple Castle. They don't like their pictures taken of their face, so I got one from behind. :)

The men sorting the apples after then came off the
conveyor belt and washed.

We all got to go inside the huge
refrigerator to get an apple.

Sydney and her friend from school. Sydney loves this little boy. He has some special needs and so she is always willing to hold his hand and lead him to activities or
where ever we need to go. She is sweet!
