Kindness

Sydney and I had several errands to run this morning and one of them brought us to the Auburn Mall. As soon as we entered the mall Sydney spotted all of the rides they have for children. Sydney has a Barney movie at home that she LOVES! She of course saw the Barney ride and had to jump right on. I didn't have any change on me (gotta love the age of debit cards), so i wasn't able to let her ride, but she was ok with that, just being next to Barney was wonderful for her! An older couple walked up to Sydney and handed her a dollar to ride the Barney ride! It was amazing to see that there are people out there who are still generous and are willing to walk up to a complete stranger and speak to them and find joy when others are happy. Sydney was so excited to ride with Barney! It just reminds me that there are nice people out there!
