Pittsburgh Zoo!

On Tuesday, Sydney, Savannah, my Dad and I (Will was of course working) all went to the Pittsburgh Zoo for the first time! It was really a nice zoo, although some of the animals that I really wanted to see and have never seen before were either sleeping or laying down where it was difficult to see~such as the Kodiak Bear, and the Siberian Tiger. We were very thankful that the rain held off and both the girls did a great job being there for 5 hours in the heat! I would love to go back to that zoo!

They are staring at the Kodiak bear~he had arthritis and didn't get up much, but he would move around and show his face a little.

The polar bears kept jumping into the water doing belly flops, and of course every time they did I missed it on video, but this one is getting out of the water....

This was my favorite part of the zoo.

Sydney REALLY wanted to go on a canoe ride~she was a little disappointed that she couldn't really go on one!

Siberian Tiger!
