Sweet Friend

When we got home from the playground yesterday our little neighbor~Raymond asked Sydney if she would want to come and play in the sprinkler and of course she did. She ran right in the house and picked out her bathing suit~the ones with shorts because Raymond has shorts for a bathing suit. I informed her that she needs to wear the top to it too, which she didn't understand why because Raymond wasn't. After that whole conversation she went outside with two popsicles~one to share. The ran around in the sprinkler, ate popsicles, played in the sandbox, played football and soccer. We didn't head back into the house until 7:30~which is her bedtime when she doesn't nap that day. She was so thrilled that she got to play with Raymond, and kept telling me how much fun she had and couldn't wait to play with him again tomorrow. I had to keep telling her she will have to wait until he gets home from school~Raymond is 8 years old. She has made such a nice friend. He is so sweet to her!
