Saturday we took a family day and went to Lake Erie with some of Will's family. This is the first time the girls and I have been to Lake Erie. I have swam in Lake Michigan before, and was excited to swim in another Great Lake. It was a cloudy day back at home but it was beautiful by the lake. It was so hot that we had to stay in the water most of the time in order to just be comfortable. Sydney loved the water and was practicing bobbing in and out of the water with her head under the water. Savannah wasn't very comfortable being out in the water. I'm not sure if it was the cooler temp of the water or she just didn't like it, but she stayed out with me in the water the whole time.
