Big News #2

We are officially buying our first home! This is the one we originally wanted to purchase, but at the time it had just fallen through. The great thing is that the guy who owns the house we rent owns this house, so we are able to take our time moving in and can start whenever we would like.
This is a 4 bedroom with an attic that just needs a little updating and will be Sydney and Savannah's room in a few years down the road. The attic space is huge and is the length of the house! So potentially it will be a 5 bedroom. We are choosing to make it one large room instead of making several bedrooms.
I will be able to also have a craft room that will also be our guest bedroom~woohoo!
The owner of the house is being incredibly generous to us! He is purchasing a new stove, giving us the new dryer he bought for us in this current house, putting up a privacy fence around the whole house, building a closet in our entryway, and knocked 5,000 off the asking price! He had just put new siding, roof, windows, plumbing, electric, and floors in already! We wouldn't be able to find a better deal anywhere else. We are thrilled and so blessed to have this man in our life! :)

I will post more pictures of the whole house after we have moved in. We should be all moved in by the end of the month. We are going to start the process by the end of this week~soooo excited! :)
