Friday evening in my sister-in-laws town they have a parade and a carnival, so after
Kindermusik we headed over there. Although it was suppose to be a happy weekend for the town, it started out somber. There was a sophomore at the High School that was killed in a head on collision the night before. She was suppose to march in the parade with her band friends. My niece also plays in the marching band and was very close to her. They had a banner made in memory of her and had yellow balloons and they all wore some form of yellow that day because her favorite color was yellow. :(
My sister-in-law has 3 children of her own and has three foster children right now and I have my two, so it looked as if we were walking the parade with a day care, it was funny! People would ask us if they were all ours! And also, once again, my sister-in-law is pregnant at the same time as me. Sydney and Isabella are 2 weeks apart, and her and I are two weeks apart again~and no, we have never planned being pregnant at the same time. So we will have more to add to this crazy bunch! :)
The kids love going to the parade because they pass out so much candy! I think the kids must have gotten about 200 pieces of candy if not more. There were people even handing Savannah candy~looks like Mommy will have to eat that! :)
The banner in Memory.

Dayna, my niece, is the one playing the french horn~front and center.

There they go, running to get candy!

Savannah even enjoyed the sites from her stroller.
