VBS

All last week Sydney attended her first VBS (Vacation Bible School). She loved the fact that I drop her off and I leave. She felt like such a big girl for me to be able to leave her there and go home. She came home singing the songs, telling me all about the lessons she learned, and she loved seeing all her friends from her soccer team there too! There were probably around 1000 people there daily~children and workers all together! It was huge and amazing to see how many people this church was reaching!
On the last day of VBS there was a carnival for all the kids and the parents and whomever else the kids wanted to invite. It was just a nice night out for all 4 of us. We haven't had much time together as a family doing something fun due to the move and now me back at work at least 2 days a week.
Everything was free at the carnival, all the games and food! We all had a great time and can't wait for Sydney to go back next year!
