Easter Weekend (Sunday)

What a wonderful Easter we had this year! To start off the morning we all woke up a half hour before we had to be out the door!!! YIKES! Sydney Easter egg hunt went really fast! We had to save the baskets until we got home later that day. Since my niece slept over, we had 5 of us to get ready and out the door by 8:30 and it was 8 o'clock already! Thankfully we were having Easter breakfast at our church so we didn't have to take time to eat! We made it out the door by 8:35~not really sure how, but we did! I try to have everything ready and packed the night before so we don't have to rush~didn't quite work the way I planned. After we got into the car we took a deep breath and off to eat a delicious meal at church! Being on the hospitality team at church I was helping serve the food so that left Will in charge of both the girls. Thankfully we have such wonderful people in our church that love our girls and are always willing to help. Whenever he needed an extra set of hands, someone was always there already with arms open to help.
After the delicious breakfast while we were cleaning up, there was an Easter egg hunt for the children. Off Sydney went to her 3rd hunt this year! She's getting lots of experience~gotta teach her sister next year how it's done! Then it was time for our worship service~at this point Savannah had passed out in my arms! After the service we got some nice family photos on the steps of our church. Then off to Will's sister house we went for lunch! It was just a great time of relaxing and spending time with our family!

Sydney's Easter basket~ "I Spy" book, "The Road to Oz" book, jump rope, Dora socks, Dora hair elastics, Dora head bands, Dora shirt, rubber duckie, Dora straw cup, 2 packages of Dora underwear, bath tub paints, and a chocolate duckie, and chocolate bunny!
